Editorial Illustration Gif

Since editorial illustration is no longer just for newspapers or print there is a new way illustrators are showcasing their work. With animated gifs being shown on online versions of papers or articles. Normally consisting of an illustration moving slightly, they are an interesting way of grabbing a reader’s attention. Subtlety is often a key aspect of them though, as they are not meant to distract the reader from the article, just to draw them in to read it in the first place. This is a fine line, and I have attempted to replicate it here.

It isn't too jarring, and only one part of it moves, so I feel it is subtle enough to work. My only criticism of it is that it doesn't loop very well and if I were to try again I would make the car turn around and drive the other way back.
