Chris Ware Diagrammatical


Chris Ware is an artist who uses interesting techniques in his illustrations, we have studied these and produced art based on his unique style. His diagrammatical illustrations such as the one below, show how he works. He likes to illustrate an event in many different ways that a normal comic strip would not allow. These drawings show events spiralling outwards, with lots of ways to read and interpret them.


This is an example of his work.

In this example he uses a very diagrammatical style, which can be read from many starting points trailing off in various directions.


I have attempted to emulate this in my example below.
